What is a Prince of Peace service like?
All of our weekend services are identical, but the musical style and format varies from weekend to weekend. Sometimes it’s organ-led with the choir singing. Other times it’s the Praise Band leading. What is consistent about every service is that it is God-directed, Bible-based, Christ-centered, and Gospel-focused, and people of all ages are welcome. We don't really have a "dress code" at Prince of Peace, but we do expect people to come fully dressed :)! Casual or "Sunday best" is welcome! Read more about what to expect or listen to/watch past messages.
What Else Do We Have For Kids?
At POP (Prince of Peace), we love kids being in worship with their families! Busy bags, kids’ worship folders, and booster seats are all available to help kids engage in worship and can be picked up as you enter the sanctuary. If kids get restless in worship, you can go out to the Shepherd’s Corner just outside the sanctuary to take a little pause and stay connected to the service. Additionally, a nursery under adult supervision is available for kids under 3 during all of our weekend services.
What About Handicap Accessibility?
Our facility is handicap accessible, and there are a number of seats near the front, back, and side aisles in our sanctuary to accommodate people who are using canes, walkers, or wheelchairs. Large print worship folders and special devices like the LOOP system for the hearing impaired are available as you enter the sanctuary.
