Board of Directors Nominations Now Being Accepted
Nominations are now being accepted for the Prince of Peace Board of Directors. Return completed nomination forms to Jeff Horvath's church mailbox by Friday, March 2.

POP Wants Your Email Address!
Are you receiving the ministry updates Prince of Peace periodically sends out via email? Have you been receiving our periodic surveys?  If not, we need your email address! If you would like to have your email added to our distribution list, just send an email to office@reachgrowserve.org and let us know.

Fill the Boxes—February Collection
Each month, different supplies are being collected to benefit non-profit organizations who help others. This month 6th-8th graders will collect items to create health kits as part of our "Hands and Feet" serving camp in June. Kits will be sent along on our Haiti mission trips this summer or sent through World Relief to aid people in third world countries. How can you help? Check out the flyer in your mailbox or at the Welcome Center for a list of needed items. Sign up to donate one or more of the items listed. Place the items in the boxes in the lobby. Final drop-off date is Sunday, February 26. Questions? Contact Joy Kaufmann at 847-359-3451.

The Call Committee Needs Your Help!
The call committee will begin anew its search for POP's next Minister of Worship and Music. If you have a candidate you would like to recommend to the committee for consideration, please complete a recommendation form at the Welcome Center. On the reverse side of the recommendation form you will find a brief position description as well as the required qualifications.  Completed recommendations should be placed in Kerry Rothlisberger's church mailbox.

Altar Flowers
The flowers decorating the altar are provided by Ruth Vogt, in loving memory of her husband, Clarence. Thank you and God's blessings to you.

Prince of Peace's Core Values

Personal Evangelism — We believe sharing our faith is most effective and best received when it happens in the context of personal relationships.
Loving Relationships — We believe in demonstrating our love in commitment and action.
Relevant Teaching — We believe God's Word is intended to be understood and applied to daily life.
Intentional Discipleship — We believe spiritual growth can and should be actively pursued by every believer.
Total Involvement — We believe the church is most effective when all members serve using their spiritual gifts.
Outward Focus — We believe the needs of people outside the church should take priority over the preferences of those inside the church.
